• Social Worker: Assists the elderly with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing and eating.
• Nurse: Provides basic medical care, monitors health and administers medication.
• Nurse: Provides specialized medical care, such as changing dressings, administering intravenous medications, and monitoring vital signs.
• Therapist: Provides physical, occupational, or speech therapy to help seniors maintain independence and mobility.
• Facilitator: Organizes social and recreational activities to keep seniors active and engaged.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in elder care is a plus.
• Knowledge of German, French, English or Italian is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

THE WAGE :
The salary for elderly care positions in Switzerland varies depending on the type of position, the candidate's experience and the region in which they work. The average monthly gross salary is around CHF 4,500 (EUR 4,300).
